Corporate Business Training

Studies by social scientists show that many of us don’t know ourselves as well as we think we do. We don’t realize or know the impression we make on others and how our own self-perception doesn’t match with others. We are not very good at assessing our own capacities. We overestimate or undervalue ourselves. We have blind spots that can seriously impede our interpersonal effectiveness.

I like to help others build a realistic and empowering perspective of themselves through the use of assessments, feedback, 360 surveys, coaching and training. I offer this type of self-development through a number of different topics:
