Corporate Business Training

Studies by social scientists show that many of us don’t know ourselves as well as we think we do. We don’t realize or know the impression we make on others and how our own self-perception doesn’t match with others. We are not very good at assessing our own capacities. We overestimate or undervalue ourselves. We have blind spots that can seriously impede our interpersonal effectiveness.

I like to help others build a realistic and empowering perspective of themselves through the use of assessments, feedback, 360 surveys, coaching and training. I offer this type of self-development through a number of different topics:

Often individuals find themselves having to shift or even transform their limiting belief systems and behavior to move toward greater self-direction. How does such meaningful change occur? What role can coaches play to effectively lead clients to new insights? To answer these questions, the authors set off on a scholar / practitioner journey of research, study, and first-hand experience to better understand the mystery and wonder of how clients make meaningful transitions. Their path of inquiry describes a new dynamic model of positive change showing how pivotal moments in coaching occur and how coaches play a key facilitative role in helping to ignite substantial change.
